What Vydeyo collects, why, who processes it for us, and how to delete it — in plain words.

Last updated October 4, 2026 · Questions: support@vydeyo.com

1. Who is responsible

Vydeyo — the website vydeyo.com, the web studio at vydeyo.com/app and the Vydeyo AI apps for iOS and Android — is operated by ABD CORPORATE L.L.C-FZ, trading as ABD Co., Dubai, United Arab Emirates. ABD Co. is the controller of the personal data described here.

This policy is specific to Vydeyo. The ABD Co. group policy covers the company's other sites and products.

2. What we collect

  • Account. Your email address and display name, and the identifier of the sign-in method you choose — Apple, Google, or email and password. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see them. In the apps you can start without signing in: we then create an anonymous account identified only by a random ID.
  • What you create. Your prompts and scripts, the images and videos you upload, the voices you pick, and the images, videos and audio generated for you. If you publish a creation to the community gallery, it is shown publicly with your display name.
  • Credits and purchases. Your credit balance, your plan, and a history of charges, refunds and grants. On vydeyo.com, card payments are processed by Stripe; in the apps, by Apple or Google. We receive the purchase status and identifiers — never your full card number.
  • Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, app version, and the logs needed to run and secure the service. To block automated abuse we use attestation services — Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise on the web, Apple App Attest and Google Play Integrity in the apps — and per-account rate limits.
  • Error reports. When something fails in the web studio, the browser sends us the error message, the page and the site version. No account identifier is attached.
  • Email sign-ups. The email address, language and page you used when you join the list on our website.
  • Support. The messages you send us and our replies.

3. Faces, photos and voices

Vydeyo makes videos that can show a human face and speak with a human-sounding voice. To be explicit:

  • No biometrics. We do not use Face ID, facial recognition or any biometric identification. We do not create or store faceprints, face geometry or voiceprints, and we never use your media to identify, authenticate or track anyone.
  • Only to make what you ask for. Photos, clips and prompts you provide are sent to the AI providers listed below solely to produce the output you requested, then stored in your account.
  • Consent is yours to get. Only upload images, video or audio of people who have agreed to it. Our Terms forbid impersonating real people without their consent.

4. How we use it

  • To provide Vydeyo: run the models you choose, store your creations and keep them in sync across your devices.
  • To manage credits and plans: charge credits when a generation starts, refund them automatically when it fails, and apply what you bought on the web, in the App Store or on Google Play to the same account.
  • To keep the service safe: rate limits, attestation, review of reported content and enforcement of our Terms.
  • To fix what breaks: error reports and logs.
  • To answer you and, if you joined our list, to send the updates you asked for.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax records kept by our payment providers.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (providing Vydeyo and your purchases); our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, reliability); your consent (email updates — you can withdraw it at any time); and legal obligations.

5. Who processes your data for us

These providers act on our instructions to run Vydeyo. Each receives only what its task needs.

ProviderWhat they do for Vydeyo
Google Cloud / FirebaseAccounts and sign-in, database, file storage, server functions, App Check attestation (United States).
VercelHosts the website and the web studio, and keeps their request and error logs.
fal.aiRuns image, video and voice models: FLUX, Nano Banana, Seedance 1.0, the image tools, ElevenLabs voices, and the talking-actor videos in the apps.
HiggsfieldRuns the Kling, Hailuo and Wan video models.
BytePlus (ModelArk)Runs the Seedance 2.5 video model.
Google Vertex AIWrites scripts, transcribes captions, and edits or generates images in the apps.
StripeProcesses card payments and subscriptions on vydeyo.com.
Apple and GoogleProcess purchases made in the apps, and Sign in with Apple / Google.
RevenueCatKeeps the record of purchases made in the apps.
Google reCAPTCHA EnterpriseTells people from bots on the website.

Several of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. What other people can see

Nothing you create is public unless you publish it to the community gallery. A published creation shows the media, its prompt, the model and your display name, and stays public until you unpublish it or delete your account.

7. How long we keep it

  • Your account, credits and creations: until you delete them or your account.
  • When you delete your account, we delete your profile, balance and history, your creations and uploads, your community posts, the guest accounts you merged into it, and the sign-in itself. A plan paid on vydeyo.com is cancelled as part of the deletion — the deletion screen confirms it before you go ahead. A subscription bought in the App Store or on Google Play has to be cancelled in the store.
  • Payment records are kept by Stripe, Apple and Google as their legal obligations require.
  • Logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting providers. Deleted data can persist in encrypted backups until those backups are rotated.
  • Email sign-ups: until you ask us to remove you.

A guest account that was never signed in lives only on the device that created it: if you delete the app without signing in, we have no way to give it back to you.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

  • Delete your account yourself: on the web, Account → Delete my account; in the apps, Settings → Delete my account (or Erase my data for a guest account).
  • Delete one creation: from My creations, at any time.
  • Everything else: write to support@vydeyo.com from the email on your account. We answer within 30 days.

9. Children

Vydeyo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Where the law sets a higher age for consent, you need a parent's or guardian's agreement to use Vydeyo. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

Data travels encrypted (TLS). Your balance and every charge are computed on our servers, never trusted from the device. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who run them. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

11. Cookies and local storage

We measure how visitors move from the website to a paid plan, to improve the site and to know which campaigns work. This measurement is our own: it keeps a random session identifier in your browser's session storage and records the pages you open, the buttons you press and the steps you complete (account created, checkout started, payment made). Outside the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland — or there once you accept — it also keeps a random visitor identifier and where your visit came from (campaign tags, whether you arrived from an ad, the referring site, or the app whose built-in browser opened the page) in local storage. If you answer the one-tap questions we sometimes ask — how you heard about Vydeyo, or what stopped you from subscribing — the answer is kept with this measurement, and the first one with your account. It does not record what you type, your IP address or what you create, and it is never sold or shared.

We run no advertising cookies or third-party pixels; if that changes, this page will list them first and, in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, they will wait for your consent. Signing in keeps a session token in your browser's storage so you stay signed in; reCAPTCHA may set cookies to tell people from bots; and the site may remember your language. Blocking these will sign you out or stop the web studio from working.

12. Changes

We will update this page when what we do changes, and revise the date at the top. For significant changes we will tell you in the product or by email before they apply.
