How Vydeyo works between you and us: accounts, credits, plans, who owns what you make, and the rules for AI video.

Last updated October 4, 2026 · Questions: support@vydeyo.com

1. Agreement

These terms govern Vydeyo — the website vydeyo.com, the web studio at vydeyo.com/app and the Vydeyo AI apps for iOS and Android — operated by ABD CORPORATE L.L.C-FZ, trading as ABD Co., Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we").

By creating an account, buying a plan or credits, or using Vydeyo, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Purchases made in the apps are also subject to the App Store or Google Play terms.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 to use Vydeyo, and old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy anything — or have a parent's or guardian's agreement.
  • On the web you sign in with Apple, Google or an email and password. In the apps you can start as a guest; signing in later keeps your guest balance and plan.
  • A guest account lives only on the device that created it. If you delete the app without signing in, the guest account and its credits cannot be recovered.
  • Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.

3. Credits

  • Credits are a prepaid unit used to run AI generations and tools. The cost of an action is shown before you confirm it, and that is what you pay.
  • Credits are charged when a generation starts. If it fails, they are returned automatically.
  • Credits from a plan are added at the start of each billing period. Unused credits stay on your balance and do not expire while your account exists — including after you cancel your plan.
  • Credit packs are one-time top-ups for accounts with an active plan.
  • Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged, and they are not refundable except where the law requires. Deleting your account deletes its credits.
  • We may change the credit cost of actions; a change never applies to a generation you already started.

4. Plans and payments

  • On vydeyo.com, plans are billed by Stripe in US dollars: $19.99 a month for 200 credits, or $99.99 a year for 1,600 credits. Credit packs cost $3.99 for 150, $9.99 for 400, $24.99 for 1,000. Taxes may apply.
  • Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Credits & plan → Manage subscription; cancelling stops future renewals, and the billing portal shows when your plan ends.
  • In the apps, plans and packs are billed by Apple or Google at the price shown in the store, and are managed or cancelled in your store account. Their refund rules apply.
  • A plan bought on the web or in an app applies to the same Vydeyo account everywhere you sign in with it.
  • We may change prices. A new price applies from your next billing period, after we tell you.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable once the credits have been added to your account. If a charge looks wrong, write to support@vydeyo.com.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

5. Your content and what you make

  • Your inputs stay yours. You keep your rights in the prompts, scripts, images, video and audio you provide.
  • You need the right to use them. Only upload material you own or are allowed to use — and only images, video or audio of real people who have agreed to it.
  • Your outputs are yours to use. As between you and us, you own the images, videos and audio you generate, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes — client work and paid advertising included — within these terms and the law.
  • AI results are not necessarily unique: someone else can get a similar result. In some countries they may not be protected by copyright. We do not guarantee that an output does not resemble existing work; check before you rely on it.
  • What you allow us to do. You let us store and process your content to run Vydeyo — including sending it to the providers that run the models — and, if you publish a creation, to display it publicly until you unpublish it. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. What you may not create

You may not use Vydeyo to create, upload or share:

  • content showing or voicing a real person without their consent, or made to pass as them — including fake statements by public figures;
  • any sexual content involving minors (we report it to the authorities), non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexually explicit content;
  • harassment, threats, hateful content, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
  • content meant to deceive people about real events, elections, health or safety, or to commit fraud or scams;
  • content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

You may not try to get around credits, rate limits or security, use Vydeyo through automated means other than our own apps and site, or reverse-engineer it. Where a law or a platform requires AI-generated content to be labelled — in advertising, for example — label it.

We may refuse a request, remove content, and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Credits are not refunded for an account closed for abuse, except where the law requires. To report content, use Report in the app or write to support@vydeyo.com.

7. Community gallery

Publishing to the community gallery is your choice, one creation at a time. A published creation is public, and others may view and share the link to it. You can unpublish it at any time. We may remove anything from the gallery.

8. AI results and the models we offer

Results are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. Review them before you publish or rely on them.

The models are run by third-party providers. We may add, replace or retire models, and a model's behaviour, speed or availability can change. We describe each model as it is integrated in Vydeyo, which may differ from what its maker offers elsewhere.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vydeyo available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features, and we will tell you about changes that significantly reduce what a paid plan includes. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes, and for significant changes we tell you in the product or by email before they apply. Continuing to use Vydeyo after that means you accept them.

10. Ending

You can stop using Vydeyo and delete your account at any time (web: Account → Delete my account; apps: Settings). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. When an account is deleted, its credits and content are deleted with it; a subscription bought in the App Store or on Google Play must be cancelled in the store.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Vydeyo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABD Co. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of Vydeyo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify ABD Co. against claims arising from content you create or upload in breach of these terms, or from your misuse of Vydeyo.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
