Sign in with the same account in the app and on vydeyo.com to find your credits, plan and creations everywhere. To delete your account and everything in it, open Account, then Delete account, in the app or in the studio — or write to us.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscribed in the iPhone or Android app? Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscribed on vydeyo.com? Open Plan & credits in the studio to change or cancel your plan.
A generation went wrong?
When a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. If something still looks wrong, tell us when it happened and what you tried — we’ll look into it.
